Reverse Engineering
HBSFW is a company that provides solutions, and reverse engineering is an important part of that. We extract knowledge or design information from our manufacturing processes and products and are able to reproduce products based on the extracted information. We draft, design and rebuild according to the client's specific needs in the 3D model. Reverse engineering helps us better analyze, control and improve manufacturing processes.
Quality Performance Tracking
Regarding product quality control, we will rigorously oversee every aspect of the production process, including raw material procurement, formal production, sample inspection, and mass production. Our goal is to ensure that all products delivered to our customers are 100% qualified and meet their expectations in a timely manner.
Lean Manufacturing and 6S
The implementation of lean manufacturing allows HBSFW to continuously keep inventory low to eliminate waste. Maintaining a close and trusted partnership with our suppliers also enables HBSFW to ensure a fast and smooth flow of products and components into our factories.
Lead Time
The product lead time will be determined through meticulous calculations based on the drawings provided by customers, enabling us to provide accurate and precise delivery estimates. We are committed to adhering strictly to our production plan and ensuring timely deliveries.
Design for Manufacturability
We employ professional product design engineers and all of our products are based on three-dimensional designs. We provide a minimum of three 3D drawings according to customer requirements, including the initial design, sample design, and final mass production. This ensures that our products meet 100% of our customers' needs.
